Question 1

How is Dinner Found different from free recipe apps?

Accepted Answer

Dinner Found is designed around the household, not just the recipe. You can save pantry ingredients, family members' preferences and dislikes, dietary restrictions and allergies, and your preferred cooking method — then use those details together to find dinner ideas that fit your household.

Question 2

Is my allergy information safe?

Accepted Answer

Dinner Found lets you save dietary restrictions and allergies to personalize meal suggestions, but it does not guarantee that a recipe or ingredient is safe for someone with an allergy. Always review ingredients, labels, preparation instructions, and potential cross-contact yourself. Parents and caregivers are responsible for making final food-safety decisions.

Question 3

What happens after my 7-day free trial?

Accepted Answer

You can use Dinner Found during the 7-day free trial without being charged. After the trial ends, your selected subscription begins at $5.99/month or $59.99/year unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Question 4

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel an active subscription, your access continues through the applicable paid period and the subscription will not automatically renew.

Question 5

Why does Dinner Found cost money when some recipe apps are free?

Accepted Answer

Free recipe and ingredient-search tools can be useful for finding recipes. Dinner Found focuses on making the dinner decision easier for your particular household by bringing together what you have, who you're feeding, their preferences and dietary needs, and how you want to cook.

Question 6

Can Dinner Found help me make better use of my grocery budget?

Accepted Answer

Groceries are expensive, and Dinner Found is designed to help you make better use of ingredients you already have before buying more. By finding meal ideas around what's already in your pantry and kitchen, Dinner Found can help reduce unnecessary grocery trips and food waste.
